Taiwan's strategy in coping with COVID-19. How does Taiwan control the Pandemic successfully?

Taiwan remained alert from the day 1 when the COVID-19 outbreak was confirmed on 31st of december 2019. It started working aggressively from the early january to contain the Pandemic. Despite proximity with China ,Taiwan ranked 123 among 183 countries in terms of confirmed cases.

So here the measures that Taiwan took to contain COVID-19 are:

       1. Taiwan started, from the very first day, implementing onboard quarantine of flights from          Wuhan
       2. In january Taiwan established Central Epidemic Command Centre(CECC), that was able to coordinate with different ministries effectively and invested fully in the containment of COVID-19.
       3. Taiwan, early started border quarantine measures and fever screening, also 14 day home quarantine for the persons who travelled abroad
       4. Government of Taiwan coordinated with telecom operators to track people who were under quarantine, and if they were found violating  quarantine were penalized
       5. Increased laboratory testing capacity and also retested people with high risk, who had already tested negative.
       6. It has designated 50 regional hospitals and medical centres and 107 community clinics to create tiered system for testing
       7. Although not being part of WHO, yet it shared doings with WHO and communicated with other countries

India and other countries should learn from Taiwan and devise some effective strategy to deal with this ongoing crisis
